Shipping & Returns

Every item is made to order by our print partners and ships from their location, not from a LOL Nurse warehouse. Most orders arrive about 6 to 10 days after ordering: stickers usually take about 6 days, and mugs and t-shirts about 9.

Orders with more than one item may ship from different locations and arrive separately. The return address on a package may be a print partner's address, not ours. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and where they're going.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, email support@lolnurse.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it. You don't need to send the item back, and please don't return anything to the address on the package before contacting us. Refunds aren't available after 30 days.
