Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days once it leaves us. Orders over $75 ship free — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for items that arrive wrong, damaged, or defective — just email support@lolnurse.com with your order number. Refunds aren't available after 30 days.
