How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and where they're going. Every item is made to order, and most orders arrive about 6 to 10 days after ordering.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
What's your return policy?
If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, email support@lolnurse.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it. You don't need to send it back. Refunds aren't available after 30 days.
What sizes do your shirts come in?
Most of our shirts run from S to 3XL across 8 color options. Sizing can vary slightly by design, so check the size details on each product page before ordering.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our kiss-cut stickers are made from durable vinyl with a glossy finish and strong adhesive, designed for smooth, bubble-free application. They're best for indoor use, like laptops, water bottles, and notebooks, rather than fully waterproof outdoor exposure.
Do you have a design for my specific nursing specialty?
Very likely. We organize our shirts, mugs, notebooks, and stickers into specialty collections, including ICU, ER, Hospice, Labor & Delivery, NICU, Oncology, and 15+ more. Don't see your specialty yet? Email us at support@lolnurse.com, we're always adding new ones.
