Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $75 ship free. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering, and most arrive within about 7 days total.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
What's your return policy?
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for items that arrive wrong, damaged, or defective — just email support@lolnurse.com with your order number. Refunds aren't available after 30 days.
What sizes do your shirts come in?
Most of our shirts run from S to 3XL across 8 color options. Sizing can vary slightly by design, so check the size details on each product page before ordering.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our kiss-cut stickers are made from durable vinyl with a glossy finish and strong adhesive, designed for smooth, bubble-free application. They're best for indoor use, like laptops, water bottles, and notebooks, rather than fully waterproof outdoor exposure.
Do you have a design for my specific nursing specialty?
Very likely. We organize our shirts, mugs, notebooks, and stickers into specialty collections, including ICU, ER, Hospice, Labor & Delivery, NICU, Oncology, and 15+ more. Don't see your specialty yet? Email us at support@lolnurse.com, we're always adding new ones.
